About Sourcepull

I'm Jason. I built Sourcepull because I kept noticing the same thing on every business website I worked on: nobody knew what AI was actually saying about them.

You can check what Google says about your site. You can see what Yelp says about your shop. There's no Search Console for ChatGPT. No dashboard for Perplexity. So I built one.

What it does

Sourcepull runs the queries your customers are typing into AI assistants -- "best plumber in Hamilton", "good accountant in Burlington", "top AEO tool" -- across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini. We log who got cited, who got mentioned, and where you got skipped. Then we ship a fix plan. Not vibes. Actual code, schema, and copy you can paste into your site.

The free signal check at sourcepull.ca is the same scoring engine as the paid audit, just smaller. Try it on your own domain. Try it on your competitor's. If we're wrong about something, tell me.

Why I'm doing this in public

The audits we ship to clients are the same audits we run on ourselves. The first time we audited sourcepull.ca, we scored 0.0 out of 10. We're publishing the fixes in real time on /research. If we can't move our own number, why would you trust us with yours?

Same reason we publish the methodology in full at /methodology. Black boxes are what AEO agencies sell. We're a tool, not an agency. The whole scoring formula is on that page.
