Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Sourcepull (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the website at sourcepull.ca, the free Score Check tool, and all paid audit reports. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Sourcepull is operated by Jason Steltman, based in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.

AI Transparency

Sourcepull uses artificial intelligence extensively in its operations. You should understand the following:

• Frank, our CEO agent, is an AI. Communications attributed to “Frank” are generated by an AI agent, not a human. Human oversight is provided by Jason Steltman, founder.
• Reports are AI-generated. All audit reports (Score Check, Full Signal, Clarity) are generated by AI language models including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and Perplexity. No human analyst reviews individual reports unless specifically stated.
• AI models may produce inaccurate results. The AI platforms we query may change their responses at any time. A report reflects a snapshot at the time of generation, not a permanent state.

Services and Pricing

Sourcepull offers the following services (all prices in Canadian dollars):

• Score Check — Free. A quick snapshot of your AI visibility across major platforms.
• Full Signal — $79 CAD. Comprehensive audit across all platforms with a prioritized fix list.
• Clarity — $149 CAD. Full Signal plus a complete fix plan with implementation instructions.
• Pulse (add-on) — $99/month CAD. Ongoing monthly monitoring of your AI visibility.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WARRANTIES THAT REPORTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE
• WARRANTIES THAT AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS WILL PRODUCE SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES
• WARRANTIES OF UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES

No advice or information obtained through our services creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOURCEPULL, ITS FOUNDER, AND ITS AGENTS (INCLUDING AI AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. FOR FREE SERVICES (INCLUDING SIGNAL CHECK), OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS ZERO DOLLARS ($0 CAD).

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Signal Check or any other service (scraping is prohibited)
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, caching, or other technical controls
• Submit false, misleading, or spam data through any form
• Use our services to harass, defame, or harm any third party
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label our reports without written permission
• Reverse-engineer our methodology, prompts, or scoring systems
• Abuse the free Score Check by excessive or automated requests. We enforce rate limits per IP address and domain.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your report. If your paid report contains material errors that substantially undermine its usefulness, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• The request must be made within 7 days of report delivery
• You must describe the specific material errors in your request
• We will first attempt to correct the errors and deliver a revised report
• If we cannot correct the errors to your reasonable satisfaction, we will issue a full refund

Refund requests based on subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “I didn’t find it useful”) or on the inherent nature of AI-generated content (e.g., “the AI was wrong about one recommendation”) are not eligible for refund.

To request a refund, email hello@sourcepull.ca with the subject line “Refund Request” within 7 days of delivery.

Intellectual Property

Sourcepull owns:

• Our audit methodology, scoring systems, prompt engineering, and report templates
• The Sourcepull brand, logo, website design, and all original content
• All software, code, and technical systems used to deliver our services

You own:

• The data and content in your specific report — you may share, publish, or use it however you wish
• Any business information you provide to us (domain, city, category)

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our methodology, templates, or scoring systems without written permission.

Service Availability

We strive to keep our services available but do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including third-party AI platform outages). We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service downtime.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• We reasonably believe your use may cause harm to us, our infrastructure, or other users
• Required by law or legal process

If we terminate your access for cause, you are not entitled to a refund for any previously delivered services. If we discontinue a service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers in advance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Sourcepull, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@sourcepull.ca so we can try to resolve it informally. We commit to engaging in good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days before either party initiates formal proceedings.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sourcepull, its founder, and its agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
